Reservation Policies

Rates

Lodge and guide: $350 per hunter per day, and $150 per non-hunting guest per day. Trophy fees are listed on our fees page and paid only for animals taken.

Deposits

A deposit secures your hunt dates. Deposits are currently accepted by check or wire, with credit card coming soon. We'll confirm the amount when we confirm your hunt.

Balance

The balance is due at the completion of your hunt.

Cancellations

Cancellations require two weeks' notice. Cancellations due to weather are fully refunded.

On the ranch

All hunts are fully guided. Every hunter must carry a valid Texas hunting license. A liability waiver is signed on site at the start of the hunt. We take no more than 8 hunters on the ranch at a time; larger groups may need additional lodging nearby. The ranch is closed for hunting on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
